TERMS OF USE OF THE YELLOW PROFESSIONAL SITE
The Yellow Professional website ("Site") is the property of Beauty & Business S.p.A., a company belonging to the Alfa Parf group.
Before continuing to browse, we invite you to carefully read the following provisions, which govern the use of the Site and any registration in the reserved sections of the same ("Terms of Use").
These Terms of Use apply to all visitors ("Visitors") to the Site. Therefore, by using the Site, Visitors agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Site.
By browsing the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not use the Site in any way.
For the purpose of using the Site, the User gives his/her consent to the use of his/her information and personal data in accordance with the provisions of the information on the protection of personal data ("Privacy Policy") and the information on the use of cookies ("Cookie Policy").
1. Modification of the Terms of Use
B&B reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time, which will be effective from the date of publication on the Site. If the Visitor continues to use the Site after the changes, the Visitor accepts any subsequent changes.
2. Site Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All rights relating to the Site and any part of its content, including the HTML code, the server script software, the layout, the concept, the trademarks, the domain names, the photographs, the images, the drawings, the videos, the audio, the graphics, the models, the fonts and the texts ("Contents") are owned by B&B and/or the companies of the Group and/or third party licensors of B&B and are protected by law, including but not limited to copyright law.
Navigation does not confer on the Visitor any rights relating to the Contents. Any unauthorised use (in writing) constitutes an infringement of the intellectual property rights of B&B, the Group companies and third party licensors of B&B.
3. Permitted Uses.
The Visitor will be able to download some content (such as technical posters, brochures) only where the site allows downloading. The downloaded file may only be used for personal purposes, unless such use may be detrimental to the honor, reputation or rights of third parties. Any commercial or editorial use is prohibited. In any case, any use is prohibited, even if in a personal capacity, by way of example it is forbidden to modify, publish, incorporate with other documents, synchronize with musical works.
4. Services offered by the Site
The Visitor is free to decide whether or not to use the following services. If you decide not to use it, you can still browse the Site.
a) Diagnostic
The Site allows the Visitor to access an online function for the analysis of the health of their hair. On the basis of the answers given, the Visitor will be able to identify the Semi di Lino brand products that best suit their needs. The service is free and does not require registration, and the answers will not be stored.
b) Salon Locator
The service allows the Visitor to search for the seller of cosmetic products to whom he can turn for the purchase.
c) Content Downloads
It is possible to download this material where the Site allows it and only for the uses specified in Article 3 above. If the Visitor downloads content, he/she is directly responsible for the use he/she makes of it.
d) Content Uploads
The Site allows the Visitor to upload images which, at the discretion of B&B, may be published on the Site. When the visitor uploads his/her own content to the Site, he/she grants B&B a free, non-exclusive, perpetual, non-territorial, sub-licensable license. It is the Visitor's responsibility to be in possession of all authorizations/rights for the publication of the uploaded images. Failing that, the Visitor will be directly responsible for the violation, even if initially imputed to B&B.
e) Hyperlinks to other sites
The Site has hypertext links that allow you to land on a different site, also owned by B&B, in order to offer a transversal experience to the Visitor. In particular, the Visitor, if he wishes, thanks to these connections will be able to stay in the world of the Alfa Parf Group to discover the wide range of cosmetic products offered.
5. Various
B&B has the widest discretion to suspend, modify or delete the Site without notice.
B&B takes all necessary measures to reduce as far as reasonably possible the risk that the Site may contain, but is not limited to, viruses, bugs, malware and malfunctions. However, B&B does not guarantee that, during the use of the Site, the Visitor's computer equipment, hardware or other tools - including software - and the data generated or stored will not be damaged, lost or otherwise negatively affected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, therefore, B&B declines any liability for any damage, including direct, indirect and consequential damages, arising from the use of the Site and its contents, including third-party content, by the Visitor.
The Terms of Use are governed by Italian law.
